Amazon.com Michael Buble's assured debut and the tireless year of globe-trotting touring he spent promoting it elevated the 20-something Vancouver native into the first rank of pop crooner revivalists. His sophomore studio follow-up largely turns on the same formula that helped make his considerable vocal prowess so attractive to mainstream audiences, mixing the nigh flawless, if expected Sinatra-channeling ("I've Got You Under My Skin") with more playful and inviting renditions of pop standards like the Gershwin's "A Foggy Day in London Town," "Feeling Good," "Try A Little Tenderness" and Cole Porter's "I've Got You Under My Skin." But it's the eclectic mix of more contemporary material the singer seasons them with -- apt tribute to Buble hero Bobby Darin -- that keeps him walking the narrow tightrope between artistic intrigue (a blues-tinged vamp of Holland-Dozier-Holland's "How Sweet It Is," Leon Russell's lovely "Song For You," with a guest turn by Chris Botti) and the kitsch-laden abyss ("Quando, Quando, Quando"'s Euro-centric duet with Nelly Furtado, a ring-a-ding-fling with the Beatles' "Can't Buy Me Love" that echoes fellow Canadian crooner/rival Matt Dusk's more successful flirtation with Lennon-McCartney). Arranger/producer Tommy LiPuma offers Buble a welcome swinging jazz showcase on "The More I See of You," a bracing respite from the rest of producer David Foster's slick, if typically bloodless MOR production. -- Jerry McCulley [Note: A special edition including two bonus tracks--"Dream a Little Dream" and "Mack the Knife"--is also available.] Michael Buble and More Michael Buble | Come Fly with Me | Totally Buble | Come Fly with Me (DVD) | Two Shots | Peter Cincotti |

Gift January 7, 2009 I gave this CD to my mom on her birthday and she loved it. She plays it all the time. Great music.
Great CD January 6, 2009 love his voice. Arrangements are from the artists who first did the songs. Great CD
A Michael Buble Fan December 6, 2008 I enjoy listening to Michale Buble. He has a great voice and I'm sure will have a brilliant career. Many people have commented that it will not play on their computer, so I almost didn't buy it. Yet I took a chance, and I'm listening to it on Windows Media Player right now. I've never had any problems with any of his CDs. If you want to listen to other singers, buy their CDs. I'm sure the comparisons to Sinatra and other legends were not generated by Michael Buble. If you want a different take on some older songs, some original songs, and songs that can only be sung in Buble's style, buy his CDs. If you haven't bought Michael Buble's "Let It Snow!" for Christmas, you don't know what you are missing.
Very good November 20, 2008 I bought this for my partner, and she plays it ALOT! It's not my cup of tea but to her it is great. So, I guess if you like his style of music, you will enjoy it.
Its Time September 15, 2008 I had the CD and loved it. Found it here and sent it on to my old love.
