 One of Her Best December 31, 2008
I have several of Eva's CD's and I picked this one to give as a gift to a friend because of the song selection. He's very pleased with it and says it's her most soulful CD. Now I have to get a copy for myself!
I would highly recommend it to others.

Everytime I hear a song sung by Eva Cassidy I can't help but feel sad.
Sad, because she never got the chance to know how much her voice touches so many people.
Sad, because she never got the fame that "so called singers" like Mariah Carey has.
Sad, because she is/was a TRUE TALENT, with a REAL VOICE and sang real songs.
If you have never heard Eva Cassidy sing, you are missing out on a truly beautiful experience, her clear heartfelt voice. Her voice and her songs can take you on a journey you have never been on before. Every note in Eva Cassidy's range is clear, and pure. Give this CD and all her CD's a listen, you won't be disapointed.
Sad, yes, because soon the vocal tracks that she did before she died will be all gone, and there will be no more to look forward to.

A friend bought this CD at Amazon for $6.99 (on November 24 2008). I went to buy it last night and found that Amazon had increased the price to $8.99. I put off the purchase, and went back this morning to find the price had increased to $13.99. I'm usually happy with Amazon, but has angered me to the point that bought it elsewhere. You can find much better prices at [...]. Great CD, BTW.

Enjoyed the album very much. Unbelievable, that after so many years
there are still songs available. Great new arrangements and orchestrations.

Yes! I can only hope there will be more CDs of Eva's singing. I have bought several CDs of Eva singing, and I can honestly say that I have yet to hear a bad song. It's sad that she left us with "... songs still in her."
