Well worth the cost September 21, 2008
We were surprised at the quality for the price. Ours is used along the Lake Erie shoreline where the winds can be brutal and it has been fine. You can spend alot more for the commercial grade, but for occasional use you can't go wrong.

its a good basic tent, pops up easily; needs no extra equipment and breathable when inside. However, it needs to be tethered down for strong winds and needs sidewalls for real protection. Okay if you need the exposure but not the enclosure.
Not so E-Z Up August 30, 2008
This definitely does the trick creating shade and shelter from the sun. My gripe with it is that it is not so E-Z Up. My husband agreed, and he is a strong guy, that it really takes 2 people. Not great for Mom who takes the kids to the beach and wants to set it up herself. But, once it's up, it works well and stays put.

This tent was perfect in every way....... Delivered in GREAT time and in GREAT shape, however, after my husband and myself struggled for over an hour trying to put the tent up.... we called the tech. support for the tent (ez up) and found out that one IMPORTANT step was left off the directions. After guided through those steps - it was a breeze. Thanks for EVERYONE's support beginning with Amazon all the way through the vendor and tech support at the company.
After receiving a few phone calls regarding this "important" step - I thought it wise to tell you what that important step is.....
When you get the tent ready to put up - push the BLACK square UP - extending the pole outward. It is really easy if you do this. Great product - great service - great tent.
